About the role
As a Radically Curly Stylist, you'll provide textured-hair services while creating a welcoming, educational, and trust-based experience for every guest. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about healthy hair, committed to continuous growth, and excited to be part of a collaborative team.
You will
Perform customized curly haircuts for all curl patterns and textures
Provide dimensional color services, highlights, gray coverage, and corrective color while prioritizing hair health
Style natural textured hair using techniques that enhance each guest's unique curl pattern
Educate guests on home care, styling techniques, and product recommendations
Recommend and retail professional products that support each guest's hair goals
Maintain accurate client notes, formulas, and service records
Participate in advanced education, team trainings, and ongoing skill development
Collaborate with teammates to create an exceptional salon culture and guest experience
Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the day
Assist with daily salon responsibilities, including laundry, dispensary organization, back bar maintenance, dishes, sweeping, stocking, and opening/closing duties
Uphold Radically Curly's standards of professionalism, inclusivity, and hospitality at every interaction

About the role
As a Natural Hair Braiding Specialist, you'll provide professional protective styling services while creating a welcoming, educational, and trust-filled experience for every guest. We are looking for a licensed cosmetologist who is passionate about natural hair, values healthy hair practices, and is committed to delivering exceptional service in a collaborative salon environment.
You will
Perform a variety of natural protective styles including knotless braids, box braids, twists, cornrows, stitch braids, and specialty braid designs
Prioritize scalp health and healthy hair practices before, during, and after every service
Educate guests on proper at-home maintenance, cleansing, and protective style care

About the role
As a Curly Hair Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting our stylists while building the technical skills and confidence needed for a successful career behind the chair. This full-time position is designed for licensed cosmetologists who are eager to specialize in textured hair through hands-on education, mentorship, and real salon experience.
At Radically Curly, assistants are immersed in every aspect of the guest journey while learning our cutting, styling, consultation, and healthy hair philosophies. We are looking for someone passionate about textured hair, who loves to learn and is excited to grow within our team.
You will
Assist stylists during curly cuts, color services, styling, and treatments
Shampoo, condition, detangle, and prepare guests for services
Observe and participate in guest consultations while learning our consultation process
Support guests with a warm, welcoming, and professional experience from check-in through checkout
Learn Radically Curly cutting, styling, product knowledge, and healthy hair practices
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon
Assist with laundry, dispensary organization, back bar maintenance, dishes, sweeping, stocking, and opening/closing duties
Sanitize tools and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Help prepare color formulas and assist with salon service flow
Recommend retail products as your education and confidence grow
Participate in education, team meetings, hands-on training, and mentorship

As a Hair Braiding Stylist at Radically Curly, I provided professional braiding services tailored to each client’s hair type, preferences, and styling needs.
